Easy to get to too! – just a short drive from Exeter and Cullompton.

Come and enjoy a cosy corner in the Bar, a comfy chair in the Dining Room, a sunny spot in the beer garden (it is sunny sometimes..!), or a game of skittles.

Chef Sebastian Planchon cooks up a variety of enticing dishes. Produce is locally sourced wherever possible and is cooked fresh to order. Jim delivers a traditional Devonshire  menu using quality local ingredients prepared with a modern ‘twist’. The ‘Specials’ board is a good read!

Our cellar has a good reputation for maintaining a selection of excellent cask Ales. Amongst our Brewing partners are Cotleigh, O’Hanlons, Exmoor, Exmoor Valley and Branscombe – all just a short, ‘hop, skip and a jump away’.

Christopher Piper Wines from Otter St Mary keeps us supplied with a good selection of moderately priced wines.
